To be the world's largest exporter of organic Tahiti Lemon while transforming lives along the way.

We can proudly state that our purpose and our philosophy are founded on creating opportunities and development in the

regions where we are established. Our motto is Shared Value understood as transformation of lives through farming.

As such, we are not only interested in establishing 2000 ha. of organic Tahiti lemon with the aim of becoming one of the largest exporters of this fruit by 2025, but also in transforming lives and helping farming regain its appeal in the process.

As part of an activity called “corporate culture creation” carried out with our 30 current employees (95 % of them engaged in field work) we initially chose Jairo Villa, to acknowledge his efforts and help him reach his personal dream of “improving his house so that his family can be comfortable”. In an exercise where each one of them gave their vote, they chose Jairo as best teammate. This decision gave us the go-ahead to choose the first life to be transformed by fulfilling his personal dream.
We rely on the Ayni Inca philosophy of community assistance where each person’s work plays a part to advance and contribute as a team. We are convinced that this has a very positive impact on farmers and provides a very strong social purpose to our company.
